ROSiE – a new Horizon 2020 project with participation of the OeAWI

Responsible Open Science in Europe (ROSiE)

In 2020 OeAWI joined a consortium led by the University of Oslo and prepared a successful application to the call ‘Responsible Open Science: an ethics and integrity perspective (SwafS-30-2020)’. The group of 11 international partners will start the Responsible Open Science in Europe (ROSiE) project this year, exploring and developing tools to ensure and promote the standards and good practices of research ethics and research integrity within the open science and citizen science frameworks.

OeAWI will lead the work package aimed at facilitating the use of responsible open science. The main goal is to create a strategic policy paper towards an action and practice-oriented policy on research ethics and research integrity within the open science initiative and to incorporate it to the European Code of Conduct.

Please find more infromation about the project on the webpage of the European Commission.
